About The Role

As a member of the Supply Chain Ops Analytics team, the Supply Chain Ops Analyst will be primarily responsible for partnering with our Logistics team to manage the analysis and reporting for our final mile delivery network. This role will also have exposure to the other functional groups within Supply Chain Ops (Dry Ice Manufacturing, Food Safety & Quality, Fulfillment, Packaging, and R&D). An ideal candidate will excel in harnessing their analytical skillset to identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions. They will also effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement those solutions, measure impact, and refine as necessary.

Responsibilities 

• K eep a close eye on the daily performance of our delivery network
• Work closely with our Logistics team and other stakeholder groups to prioritize and execute analysis, focused on improving the quality of the member delivery experience
• Keep a close eye on the daily performance of our delivery network
• Build , maintain, and improve key reporting
• Support the team ad-hoc and longer-term analysis and communicate clear and actionable results
• Work with 3rd party shipping partners and our internal Engineering & Data teams on data quality initiatives

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in an analytical role
• Advanced Excel skills
• A bility to draw insights from large volumes of data and communicate it clearly in both verbal and written formats
• SQL proficiency

Nice-to-haves 

• Experiencing with A/B testing & experimentation
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, PowerBI
• BA or similar degree - supply chain focus is a plus
• Experience in consumer products, DTC ecommerce, subscription model businesses
• Per ishable shipping experience
