About The Role
As a Supply Chain Export Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of export operations. You will collaborate with our export supply chain team, sales teams, and external partners to facilitate timely and accurate delivery of orders to our valued customers around the world. Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with customers, providing them with up-to-date order status information.
Coordinate and support the review of pending export order files, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
Assist with export customer service, documentation, and marine transportation activities.
Perform shipment planning efficiently, considering various factors and meeting delivery deadlines.
Generate reports to track and measure performance metrics, contributing to continuous improvement.
Ensure proper filing and management of export documents.
Skills And Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in an international field or exposure to export/offshore markets is preferred.
Knowledge of export compliance and documentation is advantageous.
Attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
Experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using enterprise planning systems, Excel software, and databases.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
