Salary $120,000 - $140,000 per year

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Supply Chain Manager (Hybrid) to join our dynamic team in the finance industry. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in Category Management, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Vendor negotiation, and Contract Terminology. The role is a permanent position and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management.

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure the best possible price, delivery, and quality of goods and services.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of supply chain initiatives.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards related to supply chain management.
• Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including demand planning, inventory management, and category management.
• Develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
• Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with demand planning and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of contract terminology and legal implications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management in the finance industry.
