Summary
- Serves as the cadres training point of contact to the Workforce Development Division (WDD) for the assigned cadre and serves as principal advisor to the Cadre Coordinator for all training requirements.
- Ensures that FQS required training is consistently delivered in order to meet force structure requirements for qualified individuals within the FQS progression. Conducts tracking of FQS training and statistical data required for providing reports on cadre qualifications.
- Coordinates with program subject matter experts (SME) and appropriate course managers regarding the development and revisions to curriculum and delivery of courses.
- Identifies instructors to coordinator the delivery of required training courses in a timely manner. Evaluates and supports the improvement of course platforms, materials, resources, and tools in support of training requirements.
- Develops and initiates evaluation techniques as required.
- Identifies cadre training needs/gaps and develops strategies and courses of action to eliminate shortfalls in training requirements.
- You must be able to obtain and maintain a Government credit card.

- Using adult education practices, techniques, or methodologies to develop or deliver training materials.
- Supervising or administering a training program.
- Development or review of training/course materials, aids, devices, etc., and evaluation of training results.
- Teaching or instructing in an adult education program, secondary school, college, military installation, or industrial establishment in the appropriate field(s).
