Supervisor, Customer Experience

Would you like to supervise and develop Call Center Representatives?

Lead the delivery of knowledge to improve healthcare products and services?

About the Role

This position will supervise 15 agents, be responsible for day-to-day \operations, agent performance, along with KPI/Metrics management.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting patient services operations as assigned.
  • Leading team’s respective performance, coach, develop performance, quality guidelines, policy adherence, and goal attainment with a positive outlook.
  • Managing client escalations.
  • Monitoring team compliance in a complex specialty pharmaceutical product patient assistance services program
  • Delivering regular and timely call Monitoring, coaching and feedback to the team members to enhance performance
  • Disseminating of all processes and business updates to the team, based on client requirements in a timely manner.
  • Managing of KPIs of the immediate team, including quality, customer satisfaction, productivity and compliance parameters

Requirements

  • Show prior experience in call center supervisor environment
  • Show prior experience of 3 years in achieving defined metrics within a call center or operations .
  • Show prior experience of 5 years in achieving defined metrics within a call center or operations center.
  • Show prior experience in healthcare industry products and service processes
