Job Description

Wageher is an online services startup aiming to deliver pay equity by way of negotiations training. The Social Media Intern will be responsible for creating on-brand content and growing engagement on social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) while creating and sharing periodic reports and analyses. Potential for part-time continuation through school year


College credit applicable

Pay: $10/hour

Hours: 10 hours per week

Preferred start date: ASAP

End date: Mid August, potential for continuation


Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices related to social media
  • Create, maintain, and manage content and campaigns while monitoring analytics and engaging with followers on a daily basis
  • Analyze and report on platform performance on a monthly basis
  • Expectation of 10 hours per week
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement on social platforms
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on all social platforms
  • Establish and share TikTok strategy
