General Purpose
CCSWB is seeking talented students to develop their knowledge and obtain hands-on experience in real life situations. For this specific project you will partner with the Human Resources team supporting the implementation of “Growing within the Company” project focused on detecting the possible career ladders in the organization. This project takes place in Dallas, Texas with a 12-week duration.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Data analysis to detect the potential first wave of “success stories” and segmentation of type of roles to target.
- Design internal communication campaign to launch the initiative.
- Act as a project manager with the different stakeholders to ensure the timeline of the project is met.
- Coordination with vendors on audio-visual content creation to show a “day in a life” of the different roles targeted.
- Support in drafting talent success profiles to guide our heroes in their development.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
- You are a team player, but you do great working on your own.
- You have a GPA of 2.8 or higher in a 4.0 scale.
- You are always looking for opportunities to grow your knowledge.
- You like to take initiative and take on challenges.
