Subscription Sales Representative For The Milwaukee Symphony

We're looking for salespeople; we're looking for fundraisers. This is an opportunity to do something that really serves a purpose.

We are currently recruiting remote/work from home Subscription Sales Representatives for The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra.

Job Profile:

• Team atmosphere
• Mandatory paid training: Monday 5/1 AND Tuesday 5/2 both 4-9pm EST
• Qualified Leads - NO COLD CALLING!!
• Flexible scheduling (minimum of 16 hrs per week - 4 full shifts)
• Management Opportunities
• Part-Time Shifts: Mon-Thurs 5-9pm, Fri 11am-3pm, Sat 10am-2pm EST
• ENTIRELY REMOTE/WORK FROM HOME!!
• Comprehensive and ongoing training/coaching
• Calling past subscribers & patrons of MSO to sell subscription/ticket packages

Requirements:

• A sense of mission & dedication to excellence
• Fluently articulate, confident, focused, persuasive
• A willing attitude to learn & grow
• Someone who can consistently close sales & raise money
• A great desire to promote and preserve orchestral music, theater, dance
• Self-motivated, team player
• High quality customer service attitude
• A passion for classical music and the performing arts!!
• Persistent, diligent work ethic
• A successful sales and/or fundraising background
• Computer savvy, w/ an ability to learn quickly
• An ability to follow directions and read from a script

Compensation:

• Top Performers usually make between $20-$25+ per hour every week
• Base hourly rate (guaranteed $13/hr) plus commission (% of sale)
• ENTIRELY REMOTE/WORK FROM HOME!!
• NO COLD CALLING!!

Location:

Although this position is entirely remote, you MUST live/work in one of the following states to be considered: Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maine, Kentucky, or Oregon.
