Student Services Advisor 2 Jobs

Independently responsible for graduate affairs in the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department. The Student Affairs Officer (SAO) oversees several programs for students and student groups, including Orientation, Grad Student Open House, Commencement, and curriculum planning. The SAO plays an integral role in the school's academic program, with respect to communications with new and continuing students regarding academic support. In addition, candidate will be responsible for keeping information related to student services up-to-date on the school's website. Responsible for working with MAE Senior SAO & Vice-chair on Lecture appointments, renewals, and maintaining the course database. Work closely with field chairs in preparation of department schedule for the academic year and summer sessions. Maintain ABET course list outcome. Work with the Vice Chair in charge of teaching assistant assignments.
