Anticipated Assistant Superintendent For Student Services Jobs

Time management and organizational skills.

Hardware asset management which can include prepping new inventory for deployment and retiring old inventory for surplus.

Help to update records in our Asset management system.

This position does not have any financial responsibilities. This role is considered a position of trust.

Install computer hardware and peripherals.

Work in computer labs to help complete hardware and software updates.

Broad knowledge of the methodology, procedures and practices of the services provided by the Department Finance and Management Services.

EXPERIENCE:REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS:MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Initiates, develops, and enforces procedures for budget preparation, management, and control of finances.

Comprehensive knowledge of laws and regulations affecting the delivery of financial and management services.

Assistant Superintendent, Finance, and Management Services.

Responsible for leading the preparation and execution of refueling activities, dry cask campaigns, and other assigned work.

Ensures high standards and technical proficiency are developed and maintained.

Fosters development of assigned Outage Services Technicians and Supervisors.

Interfaces with site and fleet personnel to coordinate work activities.

Develops and maintains Outage Services playbooks for services provided.

Perform other duties as assigned by Dean.
