Responsibilities Include:
· COO Team lead for Unified Intake – annual technology demand planning process
· Content development & design for senior executive level strategic presentations
· Drive operational reporting and quality improvements through partnership with internal teams.
· Responsible for ensuring efficient operations across PBWMT Technology through managing operating rhythm, executive reporting, and key PBWMT-wide initiatives.
· Support the development and management of the overall strategic direction, vision and roadmap for PBWMT governance and operating model based on priorities and needs of the business.
· Define and track KPIs and ensure consistent usage to support business stakeholders.
· Operate in close partnership with stakeholders across Finance, other Global Functions and Business to drive ideas, and meaningful content.
· Assist with coordination of communications with Executive Sponsors and Governance Office.
· Act as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
· Partner across Global Consumer Technology to bring disparate teams together by collaborating with others in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
· Develop strategy and create visuals for clear understanding of dependencies, risks and impediment management.
· Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.
· Ability to apply and coach the principles of operational excellence, development of problem statements and action plans, as well as value stream mapping, project planning and systematic problem solving
· Excellent relationship management and consulting skills with proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders, mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach, resolve conflict, deliver tough messages with grace, execute with limited information and ambiguity
· Exposure to multiple business units to understand the linkages and dependencies
Qualifications
· 10+ years of experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
· Knowledge of the financial services industry and technology
· Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments with sense of urgency
· Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
· Experience with cross-functional / business delivery, ideally with large data-intensive program management experience
· Experienced in project management with excellent organizational, follow-up and time management skills
· Capable of driving initiatives within businesses, function, and across the enterprise. Ability to communicate strategic insights and updates with executive stakeholders.
· Advanced powerpoint and excel skills, with a strong visual design background
· Excellent executive level storytelling skills and storytelling through data
