Job Summary

As an Technology Account Director, you will play a critical role in managing and expanding client relationships within our organization. You will be responsible for developing strategic account plans, maintaining a deep understanding of clients' business needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, maintaining high client satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present reports and forecasts on account performance, revenue projections, and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify areas for expansion.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Monitor account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to identify opportunities for value-added solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.


Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic account plans.
  • Proven experience as an Account Director or in a similar client-facing role within the IT domain.
  • Strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and client relationship management in Software or relevant SaaS technology.
