Job Summary
As an Technology Account Director, you will play a critical role in managing and expanding client relationships within our organization. You will be responsible for developing strategic account plans, maintaining a deep understanding of clients' business needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, maintaining high client satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present reports and forecasts on account performance, revenue projections, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify areas for expansion.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide strategic insights to clients.
- Monitor account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to identify opportunities for value-added solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic account plans.
- Proven experience as an Account Director or in a similar client-facing role within the IT domain.
- Strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and client relationship management in Software or relevant SaaS technology.
