IDEAL CANDIDATE STATEMENTSeeking an ambassador of first impressions to join the high profile, confidential, and fast-paced Office of the City Clerk. The ideal candidate will have strong receptionist or executive assistant skills, preferably in an executive level office or similar environment.
To be successful in this position, candidates must pay strong attention to detail, have a positive attitude, ability to be flexible and calm under pressure, and be comfortable working with a diverse group of staff members, elected and appointed individuals, and community members. A conscientious attitude toward quality customer service and teamwork, as well as outstanding written and verbal communications skills is a must. This position relies heavily on technology, and candidates must have extensive demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.
THE SELECTION PROCEDURE
