Job Description

A prestigious, global financial services firm based in Century City is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Co-Founder.


This is a rare opportunity to partner with someone at the top of their field, at an organization where the best and brightest work. If you are looking to be a true partner and right-hand to an executive, this could be an incredible position for you.


Daily tasks of the Executive Assistant will include:

  • Handling a wide-range of project support, including processing expense reports, creating financial analyses, helping with event management, etc.
  • Providing personal assistance and ensuring every day runs smoothly for the Co-Founder
  • Booking domestic and international travel, including private and commercial flights; creating detailed itineraries and updating travel arrangements as needed
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and managing all incoming and outgoing communications and emails; following up on action items when required
  • Managing a complex calendar, scheduling meetings across time zones, and handling all meeting logistics (catering, A/V, presentations, RSVPs, etc.)


Qualified candidates will have 10-15+ years of experience within a corporate setting, preferably finance, private equity, asset management, legal, or related fields.
