Job Description

Growing creative startup based in Culver City seeks an experienced and driven Executive Assistant to support two top executives. Qualified candidates will be highly organized, display strong communication skills, and thrive in an innovative and fast-paced environment.


Daily Responsibilities:

  • Handling phone calls and correspondence
  • Creating meeting materials and handling meeting logistics
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing expenses
  • Assisting with ad-hoc special projects and admin tasks
  • Managing busy executive calendars and scheduling meetings

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of administrative experience
