Sr.director Sales - Pharma/Lifesciences

Responsibilities :

1.Ability to be an independent contributor along sides with managing a team.

2.Ideal position for someone who has managed a small team and is desiring to grow from there.

3.Ability to Hunt / prospect / grow existing large ($2B+) accounts to provide an annuity based engineering services business.

4.Able to engage customers in Pharma/Lifesciences.

5.Run complete sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, proposal creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing.

6.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Achieve prospecting and other sales process goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.

7.Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with VP & CXO level executives at targeted firms.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

1.10-20 years’ experience with engineering services sales capacity to large enterprise clients.

2.Carrying an individual and team sales quota.

3.Demonstrable track record of achieving sales quota achievement upwards of $20M+ and Large Account Management.

4.Able and willing to develop client base via aggressive prospecting in new and existing customer base.

5.Strong track record of establishing and cultivating business relationships with director and VP engineering management (client’s side).

6.Experience with working offshore services company operating in the high tech domain and cultural adaptability to work across the globe with engineering & marketing teams.

7.Good technical skills in Digital and Embedded engineering and engage the potential customer with “consultative selling” is essential.

8.Experience in managing a sales team, inside sales team would be preference.
