| Your challenges?

• Interface with internal and external customers.
• Address and updates Work Documentation resources.
• Stay current on developing trends in industry regarding assembly processes, methods, and competencies.
• Develop and maintain improvements to organizational capabilities for configured product, including equipment definition, selection and area design.
• Contribute to safety, ergonomics, and meeting regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services to make sure that manufacturer’s procedures and instructions are followed to keep production equipment operational.
• Work in a collaborative team environment across functional and organizational lines.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to lead implementation for improvement opportunities, including Kaizen facilitation.

| What do we expect from you?

• Strongly prefer knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Excel, Word).
• 1-3+ years related experience in test engineering, continuous improvement or project management disciplines.
• Strongly prefer practical experience with enterprise data management tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with Creo or Pro/E, AutoCAD, Visual Basic.
