We are looking to hire a full-time Training Specialist within our Training and Quality Improvement (TQI) department at Intealth. The role of the Training Specialist is responsible for performing the training needs assessment, developing, and delivering the learning materials/curriculum and managing different phases of training interventions, as well as delivering training on newly created and modified procedures on an on-going basis.

WORK SCHEDULE for Training Specialist

This full-time position typically works 7-hour workdays, Monday - Friday, with a flexible virtual work arrangement.

SALARY for Training Specialist (Starting at $64,000)

Any offered salary is determined based on competency and skills, prior relevant experience, required degrees/certifications, internal equity within the organization and market competition.

About You

Are you passionate about developing talent, driving organizational change, and empowering teams to reach their full potential? We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Training Specialist to join our team and lead the training efforts for our Intealth Enterprise Business Transformation initiative. As a Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assessing training needs, designing, and delivering effective learning materials, and driving positive change throughout the organization.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with department managers and Quality Improvement (QI) Specialists to identify opportunities for process improvement. Conduct training needs assessments and design immersive learning materials using instructional design methodologies like ADDIE and SAM.

Act as a lead trainer and change agent for the Intealth Enterprise Business Transformation effort, actively participating in meetings to ensure alignment with applicant and client experience needs in the context of new technology adoption. You will also take the lead in developing and maintaining training materials related to the Intealth business transformation, supporting new hires, and providing ongoing training for operational staff using Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Deliver training sessions on newly created and modified procedures, ensuring ongoing support for staff during the transformation process.

Who You Are

Passionate about adult learning and facilitation, with expertise in conducting training needs analysis and change management principles to drive successful organizational transformations.

Proficient in video capturing and eLearning tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, and SnagIt, to create engaging learning experiences.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their implementation in training processes.

Educational background in fields like Education, Human Resources, or Business, with relevant certification in instructional design. Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms is a plus.
