The impact you’ll have at Genesis:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team. The TPM will be responsible for managing technical projects and programs from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong technical background in software development and engineering.


As our Sr. Technical Program Manager, you will:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Contract and vendor management: build partnerships across organizational, departmental, and geographical boundaries.
  • Own the processes and tools that have been or will be implemented.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Rigorous scheduling, with overall accountability at the program level.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop and execute resource plans, and communication plans, and define and execute risk management plans.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage project risks and issues and provide mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project teams that cater specifically to Process engineering.
  • Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Successfully manage project dependencies and constraints


Requirements:

  • Proven functional experience developing and managing schedules, scope, budgets, resource plans, issues, risks, and change requests.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams.
  • Proven ability to motivate teams to achieve defined deliverables.
  • Possess mature business acumen and can work closely with all levels of employees and management.
  • Experience working with cloud technology and tools, such as ADO (Azure DevOps) or other pipeline delivery/agile management tools
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies; Scrum Master or PMP certification a plus
  • Experience with business process improvements and methodologies is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years professional experience with at least 2 years in Technical Project Management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in financial services or servicing operations desirable
  • Ability to project milestones/deliverables delays and critical resource allocation issues from work the breakdown schedule Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
