Our North American DELMIA Sales Team is looking for a Sr. Sales Representative. The location for this position is flexible.
The Challenge Ahead...
As a Sr. Sales Representative you will successfully identify and close new business opportunities to increase 3DS footprint. This role will deliver on the revenue plan by selling 3DS value and strategic vision and generating customer commitment to long-term business transformation.
What Will Your Role Be?
- Identify best practices based on Lessons Learned (including RCA, Analytics, Loss reviews)
- Provide an accurate forecasting for rolling quarters and year-end
- Establish relationships with 3DS account Client Executives (CE's) of target customers
- Establish relationships at key executive levels to gain insight, influence, and affect deals
- Generate growth in priority areas according to Sales Initiatives defined by Brands / Industries
- Create the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives using all internal and external resources
- Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes (SBO, IOC, CLOSA, Revenue recognition) and government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards for doing business
- Transform Marketing and Sales leads into Opportunities
- Create, maintain, and communicate functional account plans targeting customer value and associated revenue opportunities
- Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with VALUE SELLING to achieve revenue plan
Your Key Success Factors
- Effective Negotiation Skills
- Ability to manage complex ecosystems
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- 8+ years of successful enterprise software solution sales experience
- Experience/Exposure to manufacturing software (ERP, PLM, MES, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Effective Communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Effective Relationship Building Skills
- Adaptability
