Department Overview
Ideal candidate will have a background in;

- UDAAP
- Fair Banking
- Internal Audit
Ensures overall quality of department and/or Employees
Provides overall direction and communication related to Quality Assurance
Assists with the establishment of policies, performance plans, strategic plans, and procedures
Directs efforts to research and identify sources of issues and resolutions
Takes part in the analysis of performance through various management tools and reports to determine strength and areas of improvement
Identifies key issues affecting other departments/operations across the company
Ensures adherence to budget and take corrective action as necessary
Evaluates training to enhance Employee knowledge
Ensures the consistent adherence to and delivery of Human Resources/Company policies, practices and principals
Provides leadership and direction to enhance and improve processes and practices within the department
Leads and applies the performance management process, supporting Employees in their personal and performance development
Maintains strong relationships with partners and peers by sharing best practices, knowledge and leveraging experience
Ensures ongoing training and development of staff and assist with training and development efforts
Provides mentoring and coaching to assigned Employees
Participates in the selection, placement and training of new team members
Enhances reward and recognition programs
Actively participates in meetings and coaching sessions
Works with other department leaders to perform trend analysis, information gathering, performance feedback and other related activities
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
7-10 years related experience required
Excellent Customer service orientation
Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proven ability to handle competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Excellent organizational skills
Strong knowledge of all department systems and programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation/facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver information to senior leadership
