Sr. Planning Analyst Jobs

Resource Innovations is seeking a Senior Planning Analyst to join our growing team in Illinois. As a Senior Planning Analyst with Resource Innovations, you will support our growing Residential Program team in Illinois.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides analysis and support for tracking program metrics, including participation, program status, energy savings, goals, and budget.
• Analyzes and develops complex sets of data and develops reporting tools in Salesforce, PowerBI, and Excel to support program operations, summarizes findings and improves data processes.
• Manages and implements the program data verification processes across multiple programs and clients, focusing on automation of routine tasks.
• Works collaboratively with peers across the organization, specifically with the Data Operations and Program Delivery teams.
• Leads program evaluation efforts and identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Providing technical experience to energy efficiency programs around energy efficiency measures and energy savings.
• Support long range planning and model development
• Other duties as assigned.
• Develops quantitative program analysis methodologies and leads projects to drive program performance improvement outcomes.
• Acts as Subject Matter Expert of various software systems necessary to the role.

• A Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in engineering, energy, or related field of study required; a Masters degree in a related field preferred
• A minimum of 6+ years' experience in energy-efficiency or a related field required

• Previous experience using Salesforce based CRMs
• Proven success in developing and implementing project scopes, budgets and plans
• 1+ years of direct supervisory experience
• Technical experience with energy efficiency, energy efficiency audits or related technologies.(Preferred)
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools
• Experience interpreting and quantifying savings using Technical Resource Manuals (TRM)
