Responsibilities

Agency Channel Solutions has an opportunity for two (2) Sr. Data Analysts. We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Data Analysts with a passion for data analysis, research, and interpretation. The successful candidate will be able to provide value-added data insights, have technical knowledge and skills, demonstrate efficient and accurate data analysis visualization.

Sr. Data Analysts:

• Coordinates the implementation of predictive models and monitors their usage in Marketing efforts.
• Provides technical support and coordination for data management activities
• Enables analytical and reporting practices that provide a quality business partner experience in a simple, consistent, and efficient manner
• May serve as business data specialist and assist in data stewardship
• Develops and maintains the data architecture resources necessary to drive data quality and meet business needs
• Performs research, documents business rules, and assists in implementing solutions that meet marketing and agency data needs
• Ensures compliance with State Farm’s data stewardship and governance practices for Marketing & Agency
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory data sharing and privacy laws and regulations
• Researches and leads the procurement of new marketing and agency data
• Stays abreast of new data and technology trends
• Develops, maintains, and administers dashboard and reporting tools

Qualifications

An Ideal Candidate Has:

• Agent office knowledge and experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
• Experience working with complex data sets, including statistics, surveys, and marketing/sales/operational data.
• Ability to communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau

Work Arrangement and Locations: Hybrid work at corporate in Bloomington, IL or hubs of Atlanta, Dallas or Tempe
