Job Description
We are looking for a highly creative and self-motivated Senior Manager, Video Production to join Too Faced. As the Senior Manager, Video Production, you will be responsible for leading our video production team and driving innovative and engaging video content for our brand. This role requires excellent management skills to lead the team and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional video content. As an exceptionally innovative individual, you consistently stay ahead of current trends, bringing fresh new ideas to elevate the brand.

This position is based at the Too Faced Corporate Headquarters in Irvine, California.


Responsibilities


  • Highly active on social platform to stay up to date on current and upcoming trend.
  • Optimize video content for different platforms and deliver to each platform’s guidelines and requirements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end video production process, including pre & post-production.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to video content.
  • Adhere to project timelines and budgets, keeping the team informed of progress and addressing any challenges that may arise.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors including videographers, stylists, editors, agencies and other.
  • Concept and develop compelling video ideas that align with the brand's vision, target audience, and marketing goals.
  • Continuously seek new and innovative ways to enhance video content and storytelling, keeping up with industry trends and best practices.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication within creative team and across departments, keeping everyone informed about project progress, timelines, and potential challenges.
  • Light video editing as needed.
  • Lead and manage the video production team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality video content production.


Qualifications


Desired Skills and Requirements


  • Exemplary organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Self-motivated with strong project management skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing your video production work, including a range of projects and styles.
  • 4-7 years of experience, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Must be able to concept, develop and build storyboards.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, Frame io.
  • Experience with project management tools/software such as Wrike a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative with excellent work ethic to produce deliverables with speed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing budgets and working within cost constraints.
  • Background in conceptual and visual thinking with a branded mindset.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills on set, providing clear and effective directions.


The anticipated base salary range for this position is $96,500 to $159,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
