As the Senior Manager, you'll be the go-to problem-solver for our dynamic field teams, identifying and escalating operational improvement opportunities to our leadership team. Your role will be pivotal in driving short-term supply chain goals and optimizing efficiency across all regions. Plus, you'll be an essential part of our culture shift towards continuous improvement-led success!
What You'll Do
Be the Bridge: Collaborate with our field stakeholders and the continuous improvement team to address and resolve escalated outbound process issues and identify process improvement opportunities.
End-to-End Focus: Bring your executional and process-driven mindset to align continuous improvement projects with our field operational targets.
Impact-Driven: Embrace the opportunity to drive tangible, urgent, and near-term resolutions to supply chain field issues, making a real difference for our teams.
Master Problem-Solver: Utilize your strong problem-solving skills to coach others on best-in-class frameworks and methodologies, data gathering, solution development, and process improvement principles.

Outbound Process Guru: Develop deep expertise in outbound distribution processes, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
Relationship Builder: Build and maintain strong relationships with our field teams through on-site visits, identifying opportunities and driving impact in all regions.
Who You Are
Education & Experience: You have a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, or a related Business field. You bring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Supply Chain setting, and 3-5 years of driving continuous improvement in a Supply Chain environment or consulting.
Process Champion: Your background includes a strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen, along with project management training or certifications (e.g., PMI).
Action-Oriented: You thrive on tackling challenges head-on and collaborating with our field stakeholders to find effective solutions.
Customer-Centric: Your customer-first mindset drives you to create value for both internal and external stakeholders.
Enthusiastic Problem-Solver: You're passionate about applying problem-solving frameworks, gathering and analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions.
Impactful Execution: Your project management skills enable you to execute supply chain improvement opportunities and deliver measurable results.
