Job Description
We are a dynamic association management and public affairs company in search of a seasoned Association and Program Manager to join our dedicated team. Role Overview
The Association and Program Manager role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, both internal and external. This includes client and project management, administration tasks, and program development. You will be involved in membership services, ensuring high-quality client interactions, producing impactful written content, as well as overseeing administrative functions such as reporting, event coordination, website management, and communications. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation, implementation, and promotion of standardized programs and services.

Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Coordinate administrative tasks including reporting, event planning, calendar management, and website upkeep.
Develop, implement, and market standardized programs and services.
Facilitate effective communication between team members and association stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3+ years of experience in office management, project management, or business/nonprofit organization management.
Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a remote environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation And Benefits
We offer a competitive starting salary of $45,000-$55,000 based on experience and qualifications. In addition to monetary compensation, we provide comprehensive benefits to support your professional and personal growth.
