We are currently seeking a passionate and innovative Clean Transportation (EV) & Energy Manager to join our dynamic team. As our Clean Transportation (EV) & Energy Manager, you will play a key role in planning and implementing projects related to vehicle electrification, alternative fuels, emission reduction, decarbonization, and advanced technologies in the transportation sector. Your work will involve conducting research, analyzing data, and developing policy and program recommendations to accelerate the adoption of clean transportation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or support transportation electrification planning studies for government and utility clients, contributing to the development of sustainable and efficient transportation systems.
Identify suitable locations for electric vehicle charging infrastructure and alternative fuel stations, helping to expand accessibility and convenience for clean energy vehicles.
Stay at the forefront of the electric and alternative fuel vehicle market, keeping up with the latest trends, policies, and key players in the industry.
Take the lead in developing and implementing communication, outreach, and training resources to educate and engage vehicle consumers and fleets in adopting clean transportation solutions.
Collaborate with a talented team to create innovative, high-quality products and services that address the needs of our clients and promote sustainable transportation practices.
Collect and maintain data to support evidence-based decision-making and measure the impact of clean transportation initiatives.
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of Transportation Electrification.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in transportation, environmental science, energy, public policy, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the policy and regulatory landscape surrounding transportation energy and alternative fuels.
Familiarity with public agency consulting, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Additional Skills
Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong project management skills and a strategic perspective to ensure successful project delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex concepts and recommendations.
