Job Description
Role Overview:


The role reports to the Director of Commercial Marketing - AET/AMERICAS and is responsible for directing efforts on executing downstream marketing strategies and tactics required to drive sustained revenue growth in the highly competitive Outpatient and Ambulatory Surgery Center space. The Sr. Marketing Manager will work closely with the Strategic Sales Teams, Global Marketing; Medical Education, and Sales Training to build, implement and drive commercial marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:


  • Recommend potential reference sites, assist with site relationship management, elevate solicited interest from sites to Global Clinical and Health Evidence
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the ASC market landscape: market trends, customer priorities, and competitive landscape to shape our go to market approach
  • Responsible for executing go to market plans for ASC commercial program including promotions, medical education, digital marketing and channel readiness.
  • Cultivates relationships with key customers, internal stakeholders and the sales organization.
  • Maintain marketing ownership of third-party relationships, develop tools and resources to support the field and validating new partnerships to meet the needs of our customer base.
  • Support the commercial sales team with third party channel support both in the field and in corporate offices to ensure customer conversion and satisfaction
  • Participate in regular review of progress and updates for US based Orthopedic franchises
  • Tradeshow attendance
  • Partner with sales team to define and implement effective targeting, develop physician champions, and gather input to drive marketing decisions
  • Supports industry educational meetings and events, on-site customer meetings and labs, national sales meeting and other strategic meetings.

Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business management or related field


Experience:


  • 5+ Years demonstrated marketing experience in the medical device industry required; orthopedic market preferred

Travel:


  • Up to 60% Domestic


All field sales and or marketing professionals that are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role, must successfully complete our credentialling process, which often includes COVID 19 vaccine management.


The anticipated compensation range for this position is $132,000.00 and $165,000.00 USD annually and the compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s qualifications. You may also be entitled to receive bonus and benefits, which may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, and a variety of wellness offerings.
