Responsibilities

• Supports Implementation manager from a clinical perspective in the delivery of Talis products
• Leverage customer relationships to drive cross functional and interdisciplinary high priority process improvements
• Identify, collect, record, or analyze data relevant to the customer’s workflow to assist in configuration purposes.
• Track the flow of work forms, including in-house clinical requirements
• Oversee clinical project and site management activities including but not limited to: Kickoff, project calls, clinical and implementation resources needed for the site
• Monitor work productivity or quality to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials need to accomplish clinical requirements gathering, processing etc.
• Build, promote, and maintain strong partnerships with existing and potential customers
• Assist management in writing work instruction manuals, data capture guidelines, or standard operating procedures.
• Identify training needs of the IM to foster high-level of performance while supporting career development through Quality Development Plans in partnership with the DOI
• Create/Develop strategies, policies/procedures for applying clinical practice, administration, education or processes to assist in product development
• Engage with leadership to optimize implementation clinical deliverables, schedule and task alignments.
• Train implementation staff on clinical requirements procedures or software program changes
• Enable our customers in fully utilizing the clinical potential of our products & advocate optimal use of technology to develop a solution that improves current practices and outcomes
• Confer with stakeholders to define, gather or implement clinical system requirements.
• Interpret customer clinical practice information between clinical support / provider teams and internal Talis teams/systems
• Assist in implementation/upgrade clinical requirements, workflows, processes to ensure they are completed on time and with quality.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge within the Healthcare Industry, to include EHR/EMR, Interfaces, Integrations/interoperability
• Able to identify and eliminate barriers to success
• Demonstrable Clinical Competencies within the Healthcare Industry, to include Workflows, Medical, Protocols, Practical, Best Practices and terminology
• Experience developing tools to solicit requirements, communicate to stakeholders and imrpove implementation processes
• Ability to travel if need be
• Ability to manage multiple assignments/duties simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior Experience in supporting multiple clients to internal teams to manage scheduling, tasking assignment and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience working with clinical users of healthcare IT required.
• Demonstrated success in leading multi-discipline teams in EHR implementation
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Strong clinical and scientific background, with degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related healthcare field is highly desirable
• Prior experience in Healthcare, Project Coordinating, Task alignment and external team engagement
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
