Description & Requirements

The Sr. Analyst will own financial analysis to enable the business unit to deliver sustained profitable revenue growth. Scope includes initiatives on innovation- renovation- capital expenditures- productivity- and portfolio management/mix. The Sr. Analyst will work cross-functionally within the business unit and with central partners to build conviction and clarity in decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Drive ROI mindset across investments (Capex- Trade- etc.)
• Ad hoc projects as needed
• Finance lead for innovation- renovation- and capital investment projects
• KPI and project reporting for senior leadership
• Translates relevant market insights into clear actions to accelerate share gain
• Leverage cross-functional partners (Marketing- Sales- Operations- etc.) to develop thorough business recommendations grounded in both quantitative analysis with qualitative input
• Develop Category/Brand/SKU profitability analysis and identify risks and opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance- Accounting- Economics- or other quantitative field
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and excel in a team atmosphere
• 2+ years of Finance- Accounting- or similar experience
• Management of project workstreams for self and others
• Familiarity with data-visualization tools (Tableau)
• Respected High-energy- high-impact- humble- approachable
• Commercial P&L knowledge- operations experience a plus
• Strong communication skills and comfort using data and insights to influence
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel- PowerPoint)

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with syndicated sales data (IRI- Nielsen)
• EPM systems knowledge (SAP- Oracle)

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
