Description & Requirements
The Senior Financial Analyst will be part of our Agile Transformation Center of Excellence team. In 2022- Kraft Heinz stood up its Agile Finance Organization. Two of the success pillars for this team is to support the company’s big innovation bets on existing brands and establish the financial foundations for any new disruptive businesses. This individual taking on this role will be directly responsible for

• Agile Disruptive Innovation (ADI) Providing the broad financial support to our disruptive innovation pod and associated businesses
• Brand Design to Value (BDTV) Providing the needed financial thought leadership and support for the big innovation bets on existing Kraft Heinz brands (cost outs- product premiumization)

Responsibilities

• Produce Ad Hoc analysis on a short time horizon to answer key business questions for North America finance leadership.
• Continuously evaluate process improvement for Agile and across the finance function. Work with Business Unit finance to improve finance process flows and drive efficiency.
• Conduct financial modeling to produce long term projections and analysis to determine best courses of action and solutions to drive action and make business decisions within the Agile Process.
• Work cross-functionally as the primary finance generalist interacting with broad autonomy within the agile scrum pods.
• Multi-faceted role participating in multiple key strategic initiatives representing finance.
• As a dedicated team member- you will be a lead finance participant in Agile Scrum Pods- on key North American projects brand value analyses- disruptive innovation- price pack architecture analysis- promotion evaluations- supply chain value analysis and/or formula and ingredient optimizations.
• Link innovation projects back to BU finance teams when applicable to finalize and execute innovation P&L.

Qualifications

• Exhibits strong interpersonal- written- and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Office
• Previous work in Agile Scrum Pods helpful but not required
• Experience with Tableau- IRI- or Essbase Financial Reporting systems is a plus
• Team player who has the ability to influence cross-functional team members
• Minimum 2+ years of prior finance experience
• Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and projects
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• P&L experience strongly desired
