Sr. Event Marketing Manager

What you'll do:

• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as lead generation and conversion rates to optimize regional activities
• Build and manage regional marketing programs tailored to local markets and target accounts. These include in-person and virtual industry events, third-party conferences, webinars, roundtables, and regional hospitality field events, etc.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and areas of opportunity
• Create and govern event guidelines
• Excellent execution, creativity, and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in a high-growth organization
• Ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships with peers, sales teams, and vendors
• Manage regional budget and operations
• Provide guidance and support to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and execution across all programs
• Plan, organize, and coordinate across multiple partners and stakeholders to achieve successful business results.

Who you are:

• Willing to travel as needed, up to 30-40%
• Metrics-driven with the ability to build metrics to track, optimize and measure program contribution to KPIs
• Comfortable and flexible in a fast-changing environment
• Experience using G-Suite, Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo, Outreach, and event platform(s)
• 5+ years of experience in marketing (preferably with a SaaS or healthcare industry environment)
• Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize on your own, and delegate tasks when appropriate.
• Strong understanding of demand generation and background in owning campaigns and driving success across multiple channels: email, paid search, ABM, web, etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong track record of collaboration across functions and geographies
