This job contributes to Starbucks success by creating an accurate demand plan to support customer service targets while balancing the fiscal responsibility of inventory in the supply chain.
As a sr. demand planner, you will…

• Compare demand plans to business and financial plans to determine gaps. Recommend supply chain execution to support the risks and opportunities of these gaps in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Create accurate demand plans to support promotions, new product introductions, phase outs and supply chain replenishment strategies, using demand planning tool parameters and functionality.
• Lead cross-functional process improvements to support increasing customer service levels.

We’d Love To Hear From People With

• Preferred BA/BS degree, APICS certification and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and/or other Supply Chain Planning or Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Experience in supply and demand planning – 5 years
