Join the Starbucks Planning team to forecast on our exciting food and lobby team! You will have the opportunity to drive our demand shaping process, integrate with finance, and help to us to become a demand driven planning organization. This role will support the licensed store bakery space as well as demand plan key smallware and paper items that support the sale of food items in our US and Canada markets.

As a demand planner, you will…

• Work cross-functionally to influence product launches, demand shaping opportunities, drive demand plan consensus, and align with business strategies and objectives.
• Own the forecasting process incorporating statistical models, business strategies and emerging trends to drive an accurate demand plan.
• Seek continuous improvement opportunities to drive forecast accuracy improvements.

• An ability to communicate clearly and concisely; an ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines; ability to present information effectively to senior leaders; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and planning systems; attention to detail; strong analytical skills; working knowledge of all facets of the planning function; ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
