A supply planner sr delivers business value by leading the development of tactical and strategic inventory plans and managing inventory levels to achieve customer service, supply chain and financial objectives.

As a supply planner sr you will…

• Represent Supply Planning function to make recommendations to optimize the supply chain and clearly communicate trade-offs, including impact to several tiers of suppliers
• Gathers inputs from cross functional teams to craft collaborative messaging that accurately conveys complex situations
• Anticipate conflicts, communicate effectively, and lead resolution and decision making when tradeoffs exist
• As a Supply Planning expert, independently understand what needs to be accomplished, and can effectively work with others to create processes that enhance or streamline workflow across their direct team's area

We’d Love To Hear From People With

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing; ability to balance multiple priorities to meet deadlines; ability to work both independently and as part of a team; proficiency in ERP systems and other computer applications including advanced MS Excel skills; strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills; effective presentation skills; knowledge of supply chain or inventory management processes
• 4-year college degree in Supply Chain or related Business field
• Progressive supply chain experience; ability to influence others
