Job Summary
As an experienced Sr. Content Writer and Communications Lead professional, your mission is to help lead our team of innovators and technologists toward creating next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run.
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for delivering updates and analysis to senior stakeholders regarding the portfolio to communicate project status, KPI's, trends, and patterns.
  • Deliver and manage high impact communication plans, developing thoughtful messaging frameworks, and content across multiple communication platform
  • Support development of processes and procedures to strengthen the security posture and achieve & maintain compliance.
  • Structure the technical content, determine the content information model and the best way to simplify the authoring process for this content.
  • Define our communications and content marketing strategy, campaign management approaches, content design efforts within our internal system, and guide communication and publishing best practices
  • Partner with subject matter experts to analyze, document and translate technical information and specs into customer needs as well as craft engaging marketing content
  • In-depth research and discovery about our industry, customers, and solutions to produce technically accurate content that can increase customer success metrics
  • Develop and execute multi-layered communication plans related to technology releases, editorial, product marketing and education.
  • Must be an effective leader, collaborative, and strong communicator, capable of working with key stakeholders across multiple teams
  • Oversee and manage the brand messaging (voice, tone, style, etc.)
  • Works in conjunction with internal business units to produce various collateral and editorial content

Required Qualifications, Skills, Capabilities
  • Excellent research, writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Experience leading and driving a communications plan
  • Experience working with stakeholders/SME's to craft compelling articles, newsletters and product messaging
  • Aptitude to quickly learn, understand and translate technical concepts and ideas
  • Experience creating SOPs, guides and other instructional documentation
  • Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking
  • Project management skills

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
  • Understanding of UX and information architecture
  • Understanding of tech ecosystems (frameworks, programming languages, cloud services, DevOps)
  • Experience in technical writing and product documentation
  • Additional certifications in technology related disciplines( Cloud provider certifications, AWS Cloud Practioner, Cloud +, etc, ) are preferred but not required.
