What You'll Do
Your expertise as an advisor and project manager will shine as you collaborate with Account Managers and Lead Actuaries to maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional results. Your contributions will extend to new business development efforts and corporate initiatives, keeping us ahead of the curve.
Your Impactful Responsibilities
Lead and review actuarial valuations, financial reporting, and benefit accounting calculations for pension plans.
Offer consulting and guidance to clients, demonstrating your expertise by phone and in person.
Contribute to various projects, including benefit design studies and risk management projects.
Provide collective bargaining support and review actuarial calculations for benefits.
Drive complex benefit administration special projects to completion.
Mentor and lead a team of dedicated Associates and Consultants.
Continuously seek ways to optimize efficiency and enhance procedures.
What You Bring
A Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Finance, or a related field.
EA or ASA certification is required.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including pension plan terminations (a plus).
Experience in stochastic cost projections will be highly valued.
