Senior Associate - Audit

Skills - Must Have:

3+ years of experience in a public accounting firm (no Big 4 candidates) Private companies' Audit

experience CPA designated or close to completion of CPA.

About this Job:

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Assurance Associate to join the team in

our Boca Raton, Miami or Fort Lauderdale office in a Hybrid capacity.

YOUR ROLE.

Manage a team of SIX staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching

and feedback.

Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts.

Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables.

Develop detailed engagement work plans.

Illustrate budgets and schedules.

Actively participate in proposals

Gain the respect and confidence of the team through effective client management, timely and accurate

communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership.

Requirements3+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm

Experience With Private Companies Audits Preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree required.

CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the exam.

Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FX

Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.
