As a Meter Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for Collecting Meters and Billing CPP Usage per customer agreements. Additional responsibilities will include auditing contract setups and CPP rate escalations and correction of meter billing. Supporting customers and team with concerns and questions related to contract billing.

• Enter meter reads for all Usage Billing Agreements
• Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic Computer skills, including knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Manage KFS Platform for errors and meter reports.
• Process terminations and proper final meter billing for all closings, trade ins and renewals.
• Review all Usage Billing Errors and make corrections to ensure accurate and complete billing process.
• Process inter-territorial dealer contract billing
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Review all invoices over $1000.00 with Service Manger
• Audit of proper CPP Rate escalations
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Assist other departments, with questions on contracts.
• Correct meter errors and perform corrections required on issued credit memos.
• Record all third-party vendor meters and meter requests.
• Attend all training functions, review, and complete all training material.
• Detail oriented.
• Upload meters using eAuto meter import Tool.
• One-year prior industry related experience.
• Communicate with NAT to assure proper Usage Billing
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Process all CPP contract renewals, escalations, updates, and corrections.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Preferred

• College degree preferred.
