Sourcer Jobs

We are looking for a skilled Construction Recruiting Sourcer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Construction Recruiting Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top construction talent to support our clients' hiring needs. You will work closely with our recruiters to identify and attract qualified candidates for a variety of construction roles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
• Proactively engage with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and interest in job opportunities
• Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify top construction talent (such as job boards, industry events, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing strategies to increase candidate quality and reduce time-to-fill
• Update candidate records and maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system
• Partner with recruiters to develop a deep understanding of our clients' hiring needs and their unique cultures
• Screen and pre-qualify candidates to ensure they meet the required skills and experience for each job opening

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and its various roles and job requirements
• 2+ years of experience as a Construction Recruiting Sourcer or similar role
• Experience using sourcing techniques such as job boards, industry events, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven ability to identify and engage with top talent in the construction industry
• Experience using applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
