Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Solutions Support Tech to join a remote team offering intermediate level support. The ideal candidate should have strong hardware and software technical support skills, as well as experience working in a customer-facing capacity. Please apply directly if interested.

This position is 3rd Shift - subject to change.


Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate unique or complex installations or configurations and make recommendations for resolution.
  • Resolve technical issues from internal or external users - specifically related to printers and hardware reconfigurations
  • Partner with and assist the sales team with new customers and product needs.
  • Respond to service, product, technical, and customer questions on products, specifications and repairs


Requirements:

  • Intermediate level networking knowledge (CCNA a plus)
  • Experience troubleshooting in a technical environment - excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service skills - phone and remote support experience.
  • 1-3 years experience in relevant technologies and customer environments
