Tech Leader (Medical Lab)

We are currently partnering with a growing medical lab that is undergoing a transformation to become a top-notch facility. With the aim to open a second lab soon and have five operational labs within the next year, we are looking for a Tech Leader to drive efficiency, automation, and implementation of new systems.

The Tech Leader will play a pivotal role in the current and future success of the labs, ensuring seamless integration of new technology and systems in a fast-paced and growing environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation of new systems and automation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in the lab.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
3. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the lab technology, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained.
4. Develop and maintain SOPs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
5. Train and mentor other technology personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
6. Collaborate with management to develop short-term and long-term plans for lab expansion and growth.
7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of lab equipment and systems, identifying areas for improvement or maintenance.
8. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in lab management.
