Software Developer - Find My/ Airtag Team

Key Qualifications

2 to 8 years of professional experience building apps and/or other related software solutions
Swift and/or Objective-C development skills
Passionate about and experienced with UI development
Proven experience taking a feature concept to production
Full app life-cycle layer experience
Obsessive about data integrity and security

Description

The Find My Team has recently introduced AirTag, the best way to find the things you care about most! If you want to be involved in building out these new app platforms and ecosystems that are foundational to new versions of Apple’s ecosystem, all the while leveraging a healthy roadmap which takes advantage of new hardware capabilities, this may be the role for you.

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include being a core creator, contributor, and inventor of connecting and building our new infrastructure, making steady improvements along the way. You will leverage existing technologies from across Apple, fill in the gaps with your innovation and creativity, and bring to bear beautiful UI's which are backed by powerful frameworks and daemons. We’re looking for people who are as passionate about building phenomenal products that change the world as we are.

Education & Experience

BS or MS in Computer Science or a related degree is desired. Candidates with equivalent experience will also be considered.

Additional Requirements

While the following is not necessary, one or more of these skills would be helpful in this role:

* Working knowledge of iOS/OS/WatchOS or other Apple ecosystem products
* Experience developing User Interfaces preferably with Swift
* Experience with the Full Development Life Cycle of a software product

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $138,900 and $256,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
