Sociocultural Analyst

The Opportunity:

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your expertise and grow your skills to provide intelligence support to our warfighters? We’re looking for a sociocultural analyst to help analyze and provide sociocultural and open-source intelligence input to enable Information Operations (IO) planning and operations. This work involves maintaining working relationships within the IO and information capability communities, including open source and socio-cultural analysis. You'll conduct classified and unclassified research and analysis of the client's information operations missions, conduct socio-cultural analysis, and produce Open-Source reports and All Source products for dissemination to the government. Your communication skills will come in handy, as you share your experience and work as a vital member of a team to solve daily challenges, as we support and improve military information operations.

You Have:

• HS diploma or GED
• Knowledge of Open-Source research in an intelligence environment
• 2+ years of experience as an Open-Source Intelligence Analyst
• Ability to develop and provide briefings to senior government officials
• TS/SCI clearance

Nice If You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in a sociocultural analytic environment
• Experience with Information Operations
• Experience in supporting Information Operations Command

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
