Oxford Finance is currently seeking Portfolio Analyst candidates for its Healthcare Services lending group. Candidates should be recent Finance or Accounting graduates with relevant coursework or professional experience looking to start their career with a fast-paced and growing financial services company. Portfolio Analysts work closely with Oxford’s experienced senior portfolio team managing client relationships and administering loan activity for a portfolio of asset-based, real estate and cash flow loans in a team-oriented environment. This is a hybrid role based out of the Alexandria, VA office three days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
·Work closely with Oxford healthcare team to manage a portfolio of asset based revolving lines of credit and real estate term loans
·Interact with clients – Respond to client requests and obtain required reporting items from borrowers
·Assist senior team members with negotiation and documentation of credit actions
·Input and analyze borrower financial statements and collateral reports
·Create reports and dashboards that monitor various portfolio risks
·Monitor insurance, real estate tax, and other borrower obligations
·Create, maintain, and ensure accuracy of internal and external credit reporting items
·Perform daily / weekly revolving line of credit functions
·Work with the team to optimize and automate processes
Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar
·1-3 years of relevant experience (prior healthcare real estate experience preferred)
·Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
·Financial modeling experience
·Strong analytical and communication skills
·Experience with data visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau a plus
·Experience automating routine processes using Python or Power Automate a plus
