Position Overview

In this position, you will collect, store and deliver data on sales numbers, front office reports, logistics, and other corporate reports. You will bring technical expertise to various business units to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, then process, design, and present it in ways to help stakeholders and employees make better decisions for the organization. You will work directly with our Operations team as well as other members of the organization to research, analyze, interpret, and present data related to building policies, procedures, and standard reports. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task as well as proficient in writing.

Responsibilities

• Key performance indicators
• Conduct research and analyze data including but not limited to:
• Updating reports within SharePoint and other systems (CostPoint, Bullhorn, etc)
• Systems configuration
• Provide insight on sales metrics and quota driven metrics to include:
• Compensation analysis
• Work cross functionally across the organization to generate reports, action items and support various request for information around processes.
• Sales metrics and predictive analysis
• Identification of potential new processes and alignment
• Creation of company standard reports for corporate purposes or internal resources.
• Various data analysis and tasks related to finding gaps in process and documenting for clarification.
• Financial reporting

Qualifications

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelors degree (in Business Administration, Finance, or Information Systems of a similar analytical field)
