Job Description

THIS IS A TEMP TO PERM ROLE

One of our major womens wellness brands is currently seeking a Social Media Manager. The role is fully REMOTE.



The Job in a nutshell:

  1. Managing all organic social channels (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest). Planning out the feed, making sure everything is scheduled out in advance, and that it is all on brand and aesthetically flows.
  2. Staying on top of current trends and pop culture in order to weave in our social media feed in real time.
  3. Making sure stories are always updated and that we are resharing any UGC we are tagged in.
  4. Creating, curating, and finding the content and copy we post, making sure we hit upon our main pillars of communication while also including fun community building content.
  5. Graphic design of some of our posts/stories –Canva experience a PLUS!
  6. Making sure all products are tagged on social and that the link-in bio is always up to date
  7. Spearhead numerous marketing campaigns, especially on socials, for example Day of the Girl, International Women's Day, Black Friday, The Holiday Gift Guide, Galentine's Day, Earth Day, etc.
  8. Creating (and managing) brand partnerships for either big collaborations or one-off giveaways (gathering assets, choosing winners, and making sure they get their product)
  9. Managing Giveback partnerships: promoting their initiatives, managing events with them, educating our own audience about their mission on social
  10. Influencer (management & sourcing) for the brand through our ASPIRE platform
  11. Reporting: Create the Social Analytic Report once a week
  12. Possible TikTok and YouTuber outreach
  13. Work on any projects that come in from Brand team that revolve around marketing, design, or social

Our ideal Contract Candidate:

  • Have a great aesthetic eye/graphic design skill
  • Data-driven
  • A serial multi-tasker
  • Has experience in community management
  • Be content obsessed
  • Experienced (min 3 years of social)
  • Can bring programs to life with an understanding of omnichannel marketing
  • Understand the ins/ outs of every platform and how to grow key metrics
  • Must be uber organized, type “A” personality, be quick on your feet – out of the box thinker and be able to self-manage!
