Summary
The Social Media Manager is responsible for increasing exposure through social media platforms across the US. They will be responsible for curating and scheduling content across all our social platforms.
More than just attracting new customers, the Social Media Manager will analyze data to determine which initiatives work best and capitalize on this information to continue scaling our business.
Success Criteria
This role is highly collaborative and will work across the organization to implement social content marketing strategies for growth and success, reporting to the Director of Marketing.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience managing, creating, and executing Social Media strategy
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or equivalent work experience.
Experience with Adobe Premiere, Adobe Premiere Rush, or equivalent software.
Expert knowledge in community building.
Expert in audience research.
Experience with competition analysis.
Experience with Canva or equivalent
Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of Adobe Suites including Photoshop and Lightroom
Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater to unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with employees at all levels.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Excellent research, organizational, and project management skills.
Prior knowledge of Affiliate Marketing and e-Commerce is an asset.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Distribution and overview of all social media channels including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Create and implement social media strategies that align with company sales objectives. Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience.
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools and creating reports.
Monitor social trends, stay aware of new social platforms, and best content practices.
Provide guidance to Sales team representatives for strategic social groups. Encourage company-wide engagement with content.
