The Role:

Conductor is seeking a talented content creator and social media expert to support and expand our brand’s social media presence in the capacity of a contractor or freelancer. You’ll be responsible for creating & curating content for Conductor’s social media, maintaining a content calendar, posting, and engaging with interactions across platforms. You’ll track growth and engagement to improve our content, engagement and expand our following.

We are seeking a candidate with strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and curate engaging content (video, audio, graphics, and written posts) for social media (with some support from creative team resources)
• Manage the social media content calendar
• Provide monthly reporting on growth and engagement
• Analyze data and insights to inform and refine your content, constantly optimizing for results
• Weekly documentation of posts to generate company-wide engagement
• Generate real-time social posts in response to industry happenings and news
• Social listening and engaging with mentions and interactions

Requirements

• At least 5 years of prior SEO experience. We are seeking someone who is engaged with the SEO community on social.
• A strong marketing mindset with excellent copywriting skills.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills; ability to monitor multiple social media platforms concurrently
• Proven expertise in social media marketing and social media platforms for B2B SaaS or technology brands
• Demonstrated track record of success in growing social media engagement and followership.
• Location: US-Remote
• Monthly Hours: 15-20 hours / month. Some working hours must occur between 9am-12pm ET

The hourly pay for this role is $50-$80.
