Social Media Contractor Jobs

Proven experience as a social media manager or social media contractor

Manage and grow FloSoftball’s social media presence across platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube

Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging content that aligns with FloSoftball’s brand voice

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze social media metrics and identify areas for improvement

Knowledge of the softball industry is strongly recommended

Experience working with influencers in the track and field industry is a plus

Prior experience as a Social Worker

Conduct comprehensive reviews and research across different social work domains.

Gather, organize, and analyze data from various sources.

Collaborate with other folks on the team to support ongoing research project.

Ensure tight timelines and milestones are met.

Ability to work in a fast paced goal oriented environment

Experience using Monday.com or similar project management software

Community Management and active monitoring of social media pages to alert team of any cultural opportunities and/or crisis moments happening online.

Minimum 1 year of experience working in media, marketing, and entertainment industry

Minimum 1 year of experience writing social content and managing social platforms

Experience with Sprinklr, Emplifi, Datarama, and Camera-to-Cloud live editing software is a big plus

Experienced in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets)

Knowledge of up-to-date formatting requirements across numerous social media platforms

Has 2 years experience creating beautifully designed graphics and simple videos for Instagram and/or TikTok

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Design top-notch graphic content for social media channels (a focus on Instagram and TikTok)

Develop fresh concepts based on client/brand goals and current social media trends

Present ideas and drafts to the internal team and clients

Excellent project management, communication and collaboration skills

Work experience and current best practice knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn platforms

Reels video creation, editing and posting experience and skills

Experience and current knowledge of hashtag strategies and tactics

Video editing and video project management (outside of Reels)

Photo editing and selection skills

Manage the social media pipeline

Experience with social media/content publishing tools

Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute creative digital marketing and social media strategies that drive awareness and engagement

Use quantitative and qualitative metrics to devise comprehensive and integrated digital strategies that impact broader company and marketing objectives

Understand and identify audience content preferences and trends across all channels

Listen to and communicate directly with users via social media

Experience with North American clients - knowledge of North american market / trends

Manage high-budget advertising campaigns (+100k$/month) on multiple platforms Google, Bing and Meta Ads for various clients / verticals

Strong performance-mindset & analytical skills

Track and analyze performance (revenue, margin and quality) within your portfolio (20-25 clients) and continuously improve campaign performance

Harness data to continuously improve quality, volume and revenue

Test, learn, and iterate on new use cases to find the best ways to improve the existing advertising strategies

Attention to detail and strong project management skills

Outline a social media strategy in collaboration with the Senior Content Manager and Director of Communications

Min 3 years of experience in social media marketing
